I am still smiling from the seared scallops with vanilla beurre blanc. That is one incredible dish and was prepared perfectly.
I would have never guessed from all outward appearances that the food would be so good here!
We tried the bean soup, the homemade ciabatta, the scallops and a simple but perfect chicken sandwich.
YUM.

The last time I dined at Salute, two years ago, I had the Hogfish, which was one of the specials that evening. It was AWESOME!!!!! Cooked amazingly!!!

Wow! The Barbados Smile and Key Lime Martini's were two of the best drinks my wife and I ever had. Great drinks, Great service and Superior atmosphere. Now I wish I could get the recipe for those drinks
